Just wanted to write a word of thanks to a few people I care about. All have made the school year 2005-06 better for me.
My friend Lavie(Daggett) for having an incredible smile and very astute insight on life. Much can be learned by listening to her. A brilliant artest who will make her mark on the world in years to come.
My new friends Taylor and Krystal with a K(Como) who made me feel comfortable in the classroom. Both made me laugh. Laughter is good for the soul and I appreciate them both.
My friends Mallory and Alex (Daggett) who have always made my days brighter. Both can erase any dark cloud that may be lingering overhead. Both are so smart, we will all probably be working for them someday.
My friend Scarlett(Como) who is very special in many ways. She made me feel welcome in the class from day one. A bright smile and a personality to die for.
My friend Jonathan Boone(Daggett) who shares my passionate love for race horses. Someday the Kentucky Derby will be ours. OK that is just a dream, but don't dreams come true sometime?
My friend Jessica(Como) who shares my passion for Hispanic rights. Viva la raza. Venceremos a mi amiga.
Many more will be added but my passion for horse racing is calling me at this moment. The 132nd running of the Kentucky Derby is at hand. I have made my bets and I am ready for the start.
